Member Benefits

The LATC invites speakers on a variety of topics to keep our members current on local and national regulations and to make our business easier and profitable. We generally also meet informally after the regular meeting. This is a good time for networking and to see who's buying, selling, to share experiences or just chat.

Members receive minutes of our monthly meeting and our Editor, Bill Olney publishes an in-depth Newsletter three times yearly. are free as are listings for personally owned income properties.

This is a restricted list for our members use only. We now have the ability to easily get answers to most questions related to rental housing. Members can also search the archives for information and previous answers.
