The Landlords Association of Tompkins County meets regularly at 4:30 on the 4th Monday of each month at the Ramada Inn on North Triphammer Rd.
Executive meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Oct- 22nd This is our annual meeting and election of Officers. We will also have a round table discussion for new landlords or for any questions you might have.
Nov- 26th This month's presentation will be by David Sprague, of Sprague and Janowsky. He will discuss 1031 exchanges and tax and estate planning opportunities.
Dec No Meeting
Jan- 28th Heather Filiberto will speak about the county's new Empire Zone
Feb- 25th- Barbara Blanchard will discuss Mega to lower utilities. Also there will be an after hours catered mixer !!
March- 24th
April- 28th
May- 19th (Note this is the 3rd Monday due to the holiday the following week)
June 23rd- Annual Picnic :)
July- No Meeting
