Welcome to the LATC

The Landlords Association of Tompkins County is a nonprofit organization that was formed in 1990
to represent landlords and managers of rental and commercial property in Tompkins County, New York.

The LATC is dedicated to improving the professional skills of its members and to promote safe living conditions and quality housing for area residents.

Hello LATC members !

There will be no monthly meeting on April 22nd. Our next monthly meeting will be held on May 20th. Typically, our meetings are held the forth Monday of each month but in May this date is Memorial Day. The May meeting agenda will be posted on or about May 6th.

Event plans have now been confirmed for our annual LATC picnic to be held on June 24th at 4:30 at the City of Ithaca Stewart Park large pavilion. This event will be fully catered including beverages, light snacks and entree food items to be provided by Phantom Chef Catering. Over the many years we have enjoyed having nearly one hundred of your fellow members and their guests. Please make plans to attend.
